Features rock!!!
This faucet is EXACTLY what I wanted and extra features I didn’t know I needed. Totally individual user, here, with high expectations.
My requirements-
Tall enough to not hang in the sink: This faucet’s head hangs a good couple inches above the counter. You’d think that the spray head and pot filler would gradually migrate down and start to hit each other. After 6 months of daily, frantic use, they still move around and over each other with ease.
Let go trigger and pour/spray options: So many faucets on the market these days have a pull down head, but the only options are on and high on (maybe a spray). You have to turn off the source for the water to stop (a few have a pause). I want to be able to let go of the trigger and have the water immediately stop (what if I’m chasing an avocado pit from falling into the disposal? stop the water now!). I also want a powerful pour option that stays on so I can fill pots, pitchers, etc…
This faucet ticks all of these boxes with better than expected function. I can even use both the spray head AND the pourer at the same time, though with limited output since they share. Extra bonus is that the spray head stays on with a little clip that I expected to be annoyingly hard to maneuver while working in the sink – BUT – with a quick flip of the wrist, that little clip holds on beautifully until I flip my wrist to take it off.
I also wanted the hose to be long enough to water my plants on the counter or fill a bucket, sturdy, easy on the eyes, and easy to clean. You can see it’s purdy. The hose reaches just far enough to fill a water pitcher on the counter at the 30″ sink edge. All the moving parts glide easily without feeling flimsy. The coil’s “wire?” is large enough to clean easily; it’s not those little tiny coils which are a pain to clean effectively.
Requirements? 100% met with bonuses!
IF I had a con, it would be that the source handle is a little long. I already hit my drywall when on full cold, so when I install the backsplash, I won’t ever get to fully cold. That’s fine for my needs, but now you know.
Otherwise BUY THIS FAUCET!!!
Tip: I just leave the source on hot (most times) and control the entire faucet by my chosen style. LOVE IT!!!
